maxisys aplication go blank after reset

hi, i have problem after reset factory,
the maxisys aplication can not open, always go blank and then dissapear,
i already try to reset again but the problem is same,
i try to go to setting aplication but there is no aplication maxisys !!
can you send me the aplication maxisys to fix my maxisys??
please help me soon.. thanks

I think that a factory reset just wipes everything off the App so everything in it can get downloaded and reinstalled (providing the unit is still within the update period). There is no hidden recovery partition to reinstall the original MaxiSys App.Forget trying to use a copy of software from another unit, even your own saved older backup copies of the scan folder that used an older system version may no longer work. -

hi, i'm not trying to copy software, its my own backup original scan folder from my device,
after reset and erase everything, i copy to my device again but the maxisys app can not open, just go blank and dissapear.
my device is expired so i can not downloaded and reinstalled.
the renewal price is very expensive, so i copy my own backup scan folder to my own device.
i don't want my device become waste because i buy it very expensive.
any advice??
